I had been waiting for the "right" property to come along. Jason (acting for the vendor), interacted with me (the purchaser) in a very professional but also personable manner. I didn't want to get involved in all the "argy bargy" of negotiations, I wanted a fair, transparent and honest sale/purchase environment. Jason made all this happen and we settled in 7 days.
